Coconut Watermelon Breeze Tea Cocktail Recipe
Makes 2 Cocktails
1 full cup watermelon, cubed. Yummy!
8 oz coconut tea. Obvs you should use ours.
3 ounces tequila. Use some smooth stuff.
1 lime, cut into wedges or circles or whatever. It’s to make the cocktail pretty.
Water. Don’t worry it’s gonna be useful.
Extra watermelon to garnish glasses and eat.
Agave (optional). Because I like my drinks on the sweet side.
Ice. Keeping it fresh.
Brew one cup (8 oz) of Coconut Cali tea, set aside to cool. Put watermelon cubes in a blender, pulse until pureed, set aside. Put cooled Coconut Cali tea, ice, and tequila to shaker and shake, shake shake. Pour water and sugar into two separate small saucer plates. Dip rim of glasses in water and then into sugar to make a sugar rim. Fill glasses with ice. Strain contents of shaker evenly into glasses over ice. Top each glass with the watermelon puree, stirring gently. Garnish with a lime wedge. Add agave to sweeten to desired sweetness.
I can’t wait to enjoy this tea cocktail with friends or by the pool. So refreshing!
